Baby Delights is committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service.

In the unfortunate event that your gift* has been damaged in transit, please contact Baby Delights within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to Please include a photograph of the damaged gift in your email and a description of how it's damaged. We'll then arrange for a replacement gift to be sent to your recipient at our cost. We won't request that you return the damaged gift as we'll simply replace it.

Please note that replacement gifts won't be provided for change of mind or late deliveries that are out of our control due to our courier company. Damaged boxes and packaging are not deemed to be replaceable.
