If the Fore Majeure Event affects the capacity of Baby Delights to complete its material obligations under these Terms and Conditions in a timely manner, we may by notice to you terminate this Agreement without any liability whatsoever on its part arising from that termination.

The Baby Delights network contains material which is owned by, controlled by or licensed to us.
